Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Cancellation Policy applies to all tour packages and bookings made with Joys Stay in Kerala. Our esteemed clients must read, understand, and acknowledge the terms specified before making any reservations.

100% Refund

If cancellation is made 7 days before check-in at Joys Stay.

50% Refund

If cancellation is made 3-6 days before check-in.

No Refund

If cancellation is made 48 hours before check-in. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show, and there will be no refund.

Non-consumption of Services

If the guest does not consume the benefits included in the tariff, he/she will have no right to claim a refund at Joysstay.

Refund Processing

The refund would be made within 7 working days to the account from which the booking payment was made.

Non-refundable Bookings

Discounted bookings are not refundable at Joysstay.

Keep In Mind

The refund will be made on the basic tariff. Convenience fees and taxes are not refundable.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy

If you cannot arrive for unavoidable reasons, such as insurgency, pandemic, or sudden changes in government policies & guidelines, bookings can be rescheduled to any date within 2 months at no cancellation charges.

You must inform us at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

You can reschedule for free only once. A second rescheduling will involve 20% rescheduling charges of the basic tariff.

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, clients must send an email to the specific email ID from which they received their booking confirmation. Please be informed that we do not accept cancellations via phone calls at Joysstay.
